TERMS OF SERVICE FOR JONDU

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Jondu App ("App") provided by Jondu Team ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

USE OF THE APP

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the App.

Account Registration: You may need to create an account to access certain features of the App. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep your account information secure.

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and reliability of your User Content. We are not responsible for any User Content posted by users of the App.

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose your information. By using the App, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
